Here’s my Covid-19 Testimony: I took vitamins and supplements to boost my immune inner cell fighting capabilities and I am not saying that this method is the underlying cure; but am encouraging others to look at this effective method as a viable choice. Of course, please run things by a health professional as an option to boost immunity.

In as such, because of my experience, I do know that further research must be done in this area. I suggest this as many others that I have spoken with are stating how natural medicine did an amazing job for their recovery as it really worked for them.

Here’s my story and what helped me stay out of the hospital, quickly restoring my health:

I started my vacation on the weekend of March 14th and 15th of this year in 2020, everything was normal, business as usual. As such, by the following weekend -The entire world had changed from how we know it today, due to Covid-19. I stayed home for the whole week because of the unknown impacts during my vacation time.

I returned to work that following Monday, March 23, 2020. I am a mail carrier in Texas City (working on an almost all walking route); so I physically walk miles & miles a day. On this very same day, the symptoms of Covid-19 hit me like a truck!!!!

Symptoms:

• dizziness
• low energy/weakness
• shortness of breath
• high body temperature
• excessive coughing
• excessive sneezing
• headache

I immediately called management to let them know how I was feeling. Their response was for me to take extended breaks and to try to push through. They stated that my symptoms were from temperatures rising and possible heat exhaustion.

By the grace of God, I was able to finish my route for the day, but knew that I could not carry mail the next day at 100% at all, so I took a sick day to recover.

Even before my vacation my mother, Cheryl Provost-Jones supplied me and my household with a stock pile of vitamins and supplements as she discussed boosting our immune systems with us to fight the virus.

She is in natural medicine school as a PhD candidate and also reviews research studies as an engineer working at JSC NASA, she’s done this work as well as other engineering work for more than 25 years including her U.S. Navy technical engineering experience.

She always says, the Holy Spirit who guides her as she’s fully surrendered for His use, her research skills, school experience and many years of troubleshooting problems - led her to science that reveals immune boosting capabilities via the use of clean ingredient natural medicine products.

Additionally, she studied antiviral and anti-bacteria products used to protect our inner cells to prevent viruses from multiplying within our human systems.

Out of desperation to feel better & recover from these symptoms, I took almost all of the supplements & vitamins that my mom told me would work, according to the science she was led to study.

Here’s the miraculous portion of my story, by the end of the day that it took me to recover from these symptoms, I felt 100% better as the symptoms went away after I took the vitamins & supplements.

Moreover, I continued to consume what she suggested to take for 2 more months and I don’t want to forget that she always tells everyone to run everything by their doctor as she mentions that she releases science; science that she applies for her health and have for going into 6 years.

This science that she’s implemented has caused her to leave the conventional medical system, allowed her to come off of every prescription medication that caused damaging side effects to her.

She has fully transitioned to natural medicine, is a nutrient rich clean ingredient, minimal to no processed food consuming vegan for her health and promotes health as a ministry of God through Jesus Christ to help/assist others.

I am not perfect relating to following her advice though. Furthermore, I would go a day or two and not take the vitamins and supplements she stressed taking, then certain symptoms such as shortness of breath would return.

I must state that once I reapplied the supplements and vitamins, everything would restore to normal again within my human system. This allowed me to see that my body still had remnants of the virus, so I did not let up from this natural medicine regimen to mitigate the return of those symptoms.

Recently, we had a scare in our family with someone close to us testing positive for Covid-19, this someone lives in the exact house with me and my brother. I have to mention that my brother is consistent with taking his vitamins and supplements, he has not missed a day since the beginning of May.

As such, I also took them through May and me and my brother who as I stated live in the same house and use the same bathroom, same living space with my cousin - both tested negative for Covid -19. This is not to say that this natural medicine regimen is a cure for Covid19, but to emphasize the importance of boosting our immune systems.

I encourage further research for vitamins & supplements as they can help battle against Covid-19 and other viruses. With my experience, I understand now that they can be used to prevent the virus from multiplying within our bodies.

Here are the vitamins and supplements that helped restore my health:

• Zinc, once a day, at 30mg * raw food form capsules
• Vitamin K-2/MK7, 120ug, once a day
• Vitamin D3, once a day, 5000 IUs
• Vitamin C (1000mgs) 3-5 capsules daily
• Turmeric, 950mg with bioperine, as stated on package
• Elderberry Syrup, twice a day, as stated on package
• Mushroom Complex, as stated on package
• Astragalus root extract (mix in water), as stated on package
• Echinacea (do not exceed 8 weeks of taking), as stated on package
• Cordyceps, as stated on package
• Oregaresp P73, wild mediterranean spice, take as stated on package

Here’s another Miracle, my cousin who lives with me and my brother, who has a diagnosis of sickle cell anemia by the doctors and tested positive for Covid-19, used this same exact protocol and came away from Covid-19 using this regimen as well, no hospitalization.

As far as my cousin’s sickle cell anemia diagnosis from the conventional medical doctors, he had one flare up with sickle cell, this was because he stopped taking a natural medicine that my mom researched for him to maintain good healthy blood cells.

This natural medicine is called Suma Root, my cousin ran it by his doctor and had been taking it as I stated for nearly 5 years before one recent episode. He definitely knows to be consistent with taking Suma Root for certain now.

I also do not want to leave out that we are true believers of healing and deliverance by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit through Jesus in my family.

We’ve seen it done in my mother’s life and so we understand the importance of wholeness as God intends for our bodies, not having to live under any sickness or disease.

With that stated, my mom is a minister at BALM Ministries in Beaumont, Texas and she works in the calling as evangelist and is also an amazing prayer warrior in Jesus Christ. So, I cannot forget to mention that she administered a healing and deliverance prayer nearly 5 years ago for my cousin to be removed from sickle cell as she then led him to take Suma Root to provide maintenance for his blood cells.

After a week of my cousin taking the regimen we took, he would have occasional dizziness symptoms, he called my mom for help. My mom gave him additional natural medicine to run by his doctor as my cousin did. He then took this natural medicine to cleanse his inner cells from the remnants of Covid-19.

Here’s what he implemented: L- Glutathione and N-acetylcysteine. He takes these for cell health and uses them as stated on the bottles. My cousin is now symptom free and has no evidence of Covid-19 ever entering his body.

Again, we give God all the honor and glory for being able to give these testimonies. We are so grateful to Jesus for giving us this great connection to God within this earth. Praise King Jesus our Lord and Savior our Prize within this earth!
