Several probiotic studies in their clean form, reveal evidence of efficacy (the ability to produce a desired or intended result).
I used a low cost digestive enzyme, prebiotic, probiotic (Zenwise plant-based probiotics) and whole plant based foods with minimal monounsaturated cold extracted extra virgin olive oil to restore my gut system back to good health within one week.
I connected to gut issues, as I had eaten some hidden preservatives and additives for a matter of weeks in some vegan food items that clearly did not disclose this information. As such, this is why we must only buy from reputable sources and companies who do not use additives and preservatives in the assembly/manufacturing of their foods!
I must also give credit to my Plant-based Cardiologist/Health & Wellness Doctor: Baxter Montgomery of Houston, Texas as he guided me on a plant based detox at the cell level to restore my body quicker.
Many individuals suffer with major gastro-intestinal issues because of the chemicals and unnatural processing of our foods, approved and sold inside of our stores, they are also in these restaurants that serve chemical based foods, toxic oils and the works.
It is well known, as we look across many studies in several countries that harmful microbes in our gut system causes microbial gut disruptions, referred to as gut dysbiosis. In fact gut dysbiosis is a major cause of gut disorders.
As I previously posted based on statistical data, America received more than 133 billion dollars a year, in the treatment of gut disorders.
People are dying from these disorders and yet our foods are still sold to us in America, laced with toxic chemicals that causes so many to suffer major harm as they are participants in the prescription medication industry.
As we are taught to say no to drugs in this society, we must teach ourselves to say no to these drug laced foods as well.
