HLV Not Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
HLV NOT BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING
1/4 cup low fat buttermilk (using soy free non dairy milk of choice: Vegan Buttermilk substitute, use 1 cup non-dairy milk to 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice) use 1/4 cup for this vegan ranch dressing recipe.
1/4 cup Vegenaise soy free
1/4 cup nondairy sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped dill weed
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. unrefined salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. organic maple syrup
2 tsp. of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
Sprinkle of red pepper
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor, store in refrigerator in a 8 ounce mason jar.
