Medicinal Mushrooms for our Health

Cells form the building blocks of everything that has life. There are a trillion cells within the human body. These trillion cells are a means of providing our body with structure as they take in nutrients from food, as they switch those nutrients into energy, along with their ability to perform specialized functions. Additionally, cells hold the body’s hereditary information and can duplicate themselves.
We will focus on using medicinal mushrooms as nutrition for immunity boosting cell health in this article. Moreover, one of many examples - edible mushrooms, particularly of the Basidiomycetes family, have clearly had medicinal success based on observations.
These observations are mainly employed by traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine; although many within Western societies are increasing the use of medicinal mushrooms for immunity boosting in large numbers.
This is occurring as research and open access to natural medicine treatment, reviewing historical data from these counties, is found via many different credible sources. Many now understand that these treatments are removed from harsh side effects when taken properly, while still providing heightened levels of beneficial bacteria for our immune systems to function adequately.
For example, Basidiomycetes mushrooms contain the highest group of fungi which often grow in fields and forest areas.  These mushrooms are taken for immune response as modifiers for cancer preventive measures or for nutritional support while receiving chemotherapy, as well as use for chronic inflammatory conditions such as hepatitis and other diseases.
Substances derived from mushroom fungi include antibiotics, anti-inflammatory compounds and other therapeutic phenolic compounds to boost immune health.

Here are 6 Edible Mushrooms to implement for immune boosting according to studies:

Reishi:
assists with anxiety, depression and focus.
Lion’s mane: helps with cognition, concentration and memory.
Chaga: assists with aging, inflammation and cholesterol lowering of LDL.
Shiitake: aids with lowering cholesterol, helping with blood pressure and circulation and heart health.
Turkey tail: aids in immune support, antioxidants and cancer prevention.
Cordyceps: may assist with athletic performance, energy and muscle recovery.
In closing, medicinal mushrooms are not considered new, as we relate them to immunity boosting for health benefits. It is because they have been utilized by Eastern medicine for thousands of years and carry lots of documented history.
As we search through this documented history of use, we must learn from these Eastern societies who use natural remedies and treatments that do not create harsh side effects when using them the right way.
Again, please consult a health professional to make certain that these medicinal treatments are safe for your use and I suggest that you also perform additional research to understand the amazing benefits of implementing natural remedies such as medicinal mushrooms to enhance your cell immunity to fight against all invaders within your body!
