HLV Not Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

HLV NOT BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk (using soy free non dairy milk of choice: Vegan Buttermilk substitute, use 1 cup non-dairy milk to 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice) use 1/4 cup for this vegan ranch dressing recipe.

  • 1/4 cup Vegenaise soy free

  • 1/4 cup nondairy sour cream

  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill weed 

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp. unrefined salt

  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 tsp. organic maple syrup 

  • 2 tsp. of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)

  • Sprinkle of red pepper

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor, store in refrigerator in a 8 ounce mason jar.
